The first step is to schedule a meeting with the listing agent, Dawna, and the builder. The first meeting is very informal with no obligation at this point. We will go over the development, walk the lots, discuss what you are looking to build, and your budget.

Once you have reserved your desired lot, we will start designing your dream home. This is the fun part as you get to put your vision onto paper. With your budget and pre-qualification from the bank in mind, we will help keep your dream a reality.

Decide on a Home Plan & Choose your Lot

As the design process is finalized, the contracts and the pricing will begin. Once you have signed on the dotted line, you and your home will officially be a part of Simpson's Crossing.

It's time to provide your lender with the finalized plans and purchase the land and the building process will begin. From foundation to finish, you'll see your home come to life.
